We deliver a broad range of commercial solutions for our clients, focused on their value proposition and business growth. The general areas of support include commercial business advisory, procurement and tendering support. However, given our diverse skill set and business experience, we often support our clients across other areas of business.

Commercial Support and Business Services

When delivering commercial services and support to our clients, we are often requested to provide support with finding solutions to strategic and/or complex commercial problems/issues. We work with our clients to determine what is the best support needed and where needed, also access our diverse network to provide assistance. Most of our clients have been working with us for a considerable period of time as we:

  • tend to build long term relationships in the process of solving issues and developing commercial solutions;
  • we get an in-depth understanding of our clients’ intellectual property and know-how and often assist in finding innovative solutions.

Procurement Support

Our procurement support and services cover the end-to-end requirements around planning, scoping, sourcing, contract award and management, contractor management and commercial contract management. We also work with procurement leaders and team, using our procurement health check benchmark toolset to determine current performance and organisational alignment in order to determine the roadmap for future performance and achieving organisational outcomes. Our focus is on removing unnecessary red tap, barriers and existing constraints, whilst ensuring compliance and due diligence measures are in place and effective. We also have extensive experience and understanding of sustainable and social procurement initiatives, such as Indigenous procurement and small business initiatives.

Tendering Support

Given our experience working on both the buy and supply areas of business, we work with clients who:

  • require support with their tenders and go-to-market process, including evaluations, contract award recommendations, contract development and contractor onboarding and management;
  • preparing tendering responses for clients competing for business through tenders and grants.

In addition, we run tendering workshops focused on improving small business understanding and opportunity. The clients that we work with, typically include tendering/grants as part of their business plan and strategic growth process.
