Our Women Leading Procurement Program works with your procurement leaders on a one-on-one basis, covering 6 key leadership focus areas. Our first session is used to set the goals and objectives for the program. On a monthly basis, we then

• we deep dive into one key area for delivering results;
• set objectives and tasks for the next month.

Our program includes includes a 1.5 hour monthly consultation either over Skype or at your business (if in the Perth metro) and mid-month follow up call.
